Complementary color scheme - Dominance
The blue background is connected to the orange subject with the use of complementary colors. In terms of scale, Dwight on the left stands out more because he is quite larger than Dwight on the right, who is smaller.
Big Dwight dominates Little Dwight.
Rhythm
The objects in the picture seem to have a sense of flowing, regardless of the different sizes and placement used in this project.
